Sencha Green Tea grown in the Uji region of Kyoto uses only fresh and young sprouts. It has a crisp taste with an excellent balance of “umami” (the rich flavor that gives Sencha its depth) and astringency. The tea leaves are grown under the sun and are full of catechins, which bring health benefits.
